Travel Services Disclaimer – Third-Party Providers
At Wanderloving Travel, we take great care in selecting trusted partners to bring you thoughtfully designed travel experiences. Please note that some services included in your trip—such as accommodations, tours, transfers, and excursions—may be arranged through local destination management companies (DMCs) or third-party providers.
In these cases, Wanderloving Travel acts as a coordinator and intermediary between you and the local service providers. While we advocate for a seamless experience and support you throughout your journey, we are not responsible for delays, injuries, cancellations, loss, or damages that may occur due to the actions (or inactions) of these independent suppliers.
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for medical needs, cancellations, delays, and force majeure events. Wanderloving Travel is not liable for interruptions or losses caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, weather events, or changes to local regulations.
By confirming your trip, you acknowledge that these services are delivered by third parties and agree to their respective terms and limitations. We are always here to assist you in the event of any issue, and we remain committed to your safety, comfort, and enjoyment every step of the way.
Let me know if you’d like this adapted for your booking form, invoice footer, or a specific destination like French Polynesia. I can also draft a simplified version for solo travelers over 50 or accessibility-focused clients.
Third-Party Services Disclaimer
Some elements of your journey—such as tours, transfers, and accommodations—are arranged through trusted local partners and independent service providers. WanderLoving Travel acts as a coordinator on your behalf but cannot be held responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by these third parties.
We recommend comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen events, including cancellations, medical needs, and force majeure. By confirming your trip, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
Liability Disclaimer
Wanderloving Travel acts as a curator and coordinator of bespoke travel experiences, some of which are delivered by carefully vetted third-party providers. While we take every measure to ensure a seamless and rewarding experience, we cannot be held responsible for any delays, cancellations, injuries, losses, or damages arising from services provided by these external suppliers.
Wanderloving Travel is not liable for disruptions due to force majeure events (such as weather, strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, or political unrest), or for circumstances beyond our direct control. Travelers are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.
By confirming a booking, you acknowledge acceptance of these terms.
